Terms of service

Website and Service Terms

Effective date: 14 July 2026.

These terms govern use of the Verduona store, customer-facing services, accounts, and related digital features operated by Ocelot Development s.r.o. Purchases are also governed by the Terms of Sale, Refund Policy, Subscription Policy where applicable, the product description, and any accepted proposal or statement of work.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information.

Acceptable use

Do not use the services unlawfully; interfere with security or availability; attempt unauthorized access; upload malicious code; infringe rights; impersonate others; or submit personal, confidential, regulated, or customer data where the relevant workflow has not been approved for it. Product-specific acceptable-use and safety conditions also apply.

AI-assisted features

AI-assisted features can produce incomplete or incorrect results. They operate only within approved catalogue, offer, and tool boundaries and must not be treated as a promise of price, discount, availability, capability, legal outcome, or access. Do not rely on AI output as legal, tax, medical, financial, safety, or other regulated professional advice. Where an offer requires qualified review, that review remains mandatory.

Accounts, identity, and access

Shopify customer and transaction records are separate from Sphere identity, organization, workspace, entitlement, credit, provisioning, and revocation records. Payment alone never grants protected access. We may suspend or revoke access where required for security, law, payment failure, material breach, or product eligibility, while respecting mandatory rights.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain rights in the store, software, brands, documentation, templates, and pre-existing materials. Your rights to deliverables or licensed software are those stated in the relevant offer or agreement. You retain rights in materials you lawfully provide, and grant us the permissions reasonably necessary to perform the service.

Third-party services

The store and services may use Shopify, payment providers, hosting, analytics, communications, identity, and other service providers. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to their services. We are responsible for our obligations as seller and data controller as described in our policies.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, or change non-material service features. We do not retroactively change an accepted order or paid term without a lawful basis. Planned and emergency maintenance can affect availability.

Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, each party is responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by its breach and must take reasonable steps to reduce avoidable loss.

Termination

You may stop using the services and cancel subscriptions as described in the Subscription Policy. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, dispute, and data-retention obligations—continue as applicable.

Law and disputes

Czech law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their habitual residence. Contact us first at firemni@gmail.com. Eligible consumer disputes may be referred to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority ADR service at coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/.
