Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 14 July 2026.

Recurring billing

A subscription renews and is charged at the interval, price, currency, and minimum term (if any) shown before purchase and in the order confirmation. Taxes may apply. Shopify records the payment transaction; Sphere controls product entitlement and access.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewal using the account or cancellation method shown for the subscription, or by contacting firemni@gmail.com. Unless mandatory law or the offer states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and stops future charges. You retain access through that period while eligibility and acceptable-use conditions continue to be met.

Withdrawal and refunds

EU consumers retain the statutory withdrawal rights described in the Refund Policy. Cancellation of future renewal does not automatically refund a billing period already supplied. We provide refunds, price reductions, or other remedies where required by law or expressly stated in the offer.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it, notify you, suspend future service, or end the subscription after a reasonable opportunity to correct the payment issue. A payment failure does not erase amounts lawfully due for service already supplied.

Price or material term changes

We will give reasonable advance notice of a price increase or material subscription change. A change will not retroactively alter a period already paid. Where required by law, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Access, credits, and regulated products

Payment never grants protected access directly. Sphere applies identity, organization, workspace, entitlement, credit, provisioning, and revocation controls. BOZP and other regulated or sensitive offerings may require review or allowlisting and remain deny-by-default until approved.
